The Home Depot
FIFA World Cup 2026
Los Angeles | San Francisco | Seattle
As an Official FIFA World Cup 26™ Supporter, The Home Depot created a nationwide fan engagement platform to bring its brand directly into the excitement of one of the world’s largest sporting events. To support this effort, Octagon brought me on as West Coast Regional Director, Experiences to lead the production and execution of The Home Depot’s fan activations across three major FIFA World Cup 26™ host venues: SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, Lumen Field in Seattle, and Levi’s Stadium in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Serving as the regional lead, I managed end-to-end experiential production across all three markets, overseeing venue coordination, production logistics, vendor management, staffing, installation, operational planning, and live event execution. I served as the key connector between the brand, agency teams, venue stakeholders, and production vendors to ensure each activation was delivered seamlessly at the scale, quality, and pace required for a global sporting event.
With multiple stadium environments, complex venue requirements, and thousands of moving pieces across three regions, success required detailed planning, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to execute under high-pressure conditions. From initial pre-production through on-site delivery, I led the teams and processes required to bring each fan experience to life.
The result was a highly engaging brand experience that connected The Home Depot with tens of thousands of FIFA World Cup fans while creating memorable moments at some of the tournament’s most iconic venues.
