Arsenal Fan Fest @ SoFi Stadium

Ahead of the highly anticipated Arsenal vs. Manchester United match at SoFi Stadium, Arsenal set out to create the ultimate Fan Fest—an unforgettable pre-game experience for their most passionate supporters.

Their UK-based agency partner, We Are Sister Ltd., brought me on as the lead Producer to execute the event on the ground in Los Angeles. From concept to kickoff, I oversaw all aspects of production—scouting the location, working closely with SoFi Stadium teams, designing the full event layout, managing food & beverage coordination, and sourcing all key vendors including A/V, DJ, furniture rentals, and brand ambassadors.

Collaborating across departments and time zones, we brought Arsenal’s vision to life with a dynamic, immersive fan experience that delivered big energy and left a lasting impression. In fact, it was such a hit… guests didn’t want to leave when the game started.
